Fred Thompson Expected To Drop Out Of Race

Republican Presidential Candidate Fred Thompson (TN) is expected drop out of the 2008 presidential race after a pitiful showing in South Carolina where he was expected to do well. If he does drop out, the general consensus that he will endorse Sen. McCain for President. McCain pulled off somewhat of a surprise victory in South Carolina on Saturday. This could give McCain the boost that he needs to fend off Money Bags Romney.
