Baby Pete Wentz Meeting Joe Biden

When emo rocker Pete Wentz was just a toddler he met current Vice President elect Joe Biden.  Wentz met Biden when his mom was working as a legislative assistant in Washington D.C. back in the early 80’s.

Is it just me or does Joe Biden have more hair now than he did back then? I knew he was botoxing it up for the campaign, but hairplugs too?
